All first-time customers are required to sign a disclaimer and provide valid identification. If you're hosting an event at a hotel as a first-time customer, you must allow us to capture your photo ID for our records. Failure to provide ID when requested will result in us being unable to process your order, and you will still be responsible for the delivery fee. Providing an incorrect address will incur an additional delivery charge if the driver has to reroute to a second address, with the fee varying based on the areas involved. If you cancel your order after the driver is already en route, you will still be liable for the delivery fee. For deliveries within the city, there must be suitable parking available. Please provide any necessary information in advance. For high-rise buildings, hotels, or apartments, the driver may request that you meet them in the lobby or downstairs, depending on their schedule. We do not deliver to public locations. If we have evidence of product misuse, we will document the incident, and you will be permanently barred from ordering from us again. We request that customers place no more than one order within a 24-hour period to ensure efficient service and reduce unnecessary travel, particularly late at night or early in the morning. Multiple orders will be delivered at the next available time slot.
